Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Cobrnd LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality digital learning experiences for USMLE and medical education. If you are not fully satisfied, we have the following policy in place:

Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds are only granted if:
- No significant portion of the course has been accessed or downloaded
- No live sessions (if included) have been attended
All refund requests must be sent to support@cobrnd.com with your name, email, and order number.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days if approved.

Cancellation Policy

Course access or subscriptions can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support@cobrnd.com.
After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible due to immediate access to protected course materials.

Exceptions

No refunds or cancellations are available for:

Completed programs
Downloaded video or PDF material
Promotional or discounted offers
