Welcome to Cobrnd LLC. By accessing or purchasing any of our medical and research courses, including USMLE preparation content, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Course Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the course materials based on the duration selected at checkout (e.g., 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month access).

Access is provided through our secure dashboard or via email delivery, depending on the course type.

2. Payment & Billing

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Access to the course is granted only after payment confirmation.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase, provided no significant portion of the course has been accessed. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@cobrnd.com.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, PDFs, slides, and quizzes, are the intellectual property of Cobrnd LLC. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use our services for personal learning only and not engage in any unauthorized sharing, account misuse, or content scraping.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to any new terms.
